Elizabeth Barrett-Browning Suite: The large sunporch of the manor makes for a delightful, warm escape, queen size canopy bed, fireplace, and private bath.

Cushing Suite: The inn's largest room features a bay window, sitting room, king size four poster bed, fireplace, and private bath just two steps off a private hallway.

Louisa May Alcott Suite: A large, sunny corner room with king size bed and second lavatory, fireplace, beautifully decorated in soft greens and chintz florals, and private bath.

Jane Austen Suite: An elegant room with king-size bed, rose colored wallpaper and private bath, a woman's delight.

Charlotte Bronte' Suite: This charming room comes with a queen-size bed and a quiet sofa nook that provides a delightful place to relax and read. Private bath.

Jessie Willcox Smith Suite: This room was an upstairs porch which now has a queen size bed, dressing room, and private bath.

Dining Room / Tea Room: You will enjoy meeting your fellow guest in the Inn's tea room for a full breakfast, or you can choose to have your hearty breakfast served to your suite, to be enjoyed at your own leisure, in total privacy.  The English china, rose and chintz patterns, and scrumptious savories and sweets will surely make your stay memorable.

 Living Room: The twelve foot ceilings and irreplaceable butternut woodwork welcome you.  Sit with a cup of tea, nibble a homemade sweet from the butler's pantry, and enjoy the warm fireplace.

Porch: Picture yourself swinging in one of our old fashioned swings reading your favorite book, enjoying a glass of iced tea, or just watching the world go by!

Den: Enjoy our tea room gift shop where you will find English china, stationary, jewelry, seasonal gifts, aprons, cook books, and many more unique gift items.

Grand Foyer: Be greeted by an elegant but warm welcome as you arrive at the Manor.  The grand staircase, bay window, and butternut woodwork will all transcend you back to another era in time.

We are the perfect spot for the business traveler as our pampering will help your productivity.  Our corporate rate of $85.00 from Sunday through Thursday nights includes breakfast and all our special weekend amenities.  The Manor's suites have data ports on the phones for computer use, cable television, quick check-in and out, free parking, and is conveniently located to the downtown business district of South Bend.  Give yourself luxury and warm hospitality as you work away from home!
